  Pretentious store with lazy workers that are unwilling to go the extra mile for regular customers. I usually don't leave reviews unless my experience was extremely noteworthy or completely worthless. In this case, the latter is definitely at play. I've been trying to have them special order Lakefront Brewery Oktoberfest and Pumpkin Lager for almost 3 months. They carry other Lakefront beers, so logically, they can get anything Lakefront offers, right? Well, according to every employee (and even manager) I've spoken to at this Total Wine has told me they cannot get it. In frustration, I got the name and number of Lakefront Brewery's Sarasota distributor and called. He said he can get ANY Lakefront beer they request since they carry their brand. I went back and requested again (for the 4th time in 3 months) that they order those 2 beers I requested. I even said they can order it by the case and I'll buy it regularly. Well, I've been waiting weeks for that order to come in. Truth of the matter is... they too lazy and complacent to take care of a regular customer. For this reason, I recommend staying far away from this place if you want to special order something. In fact, go to the new store Luckys Market that just opened at the Westfield mall. They not only have both Lakefront beers I wanted, but they have an amazing craft beer and fine wine selection for a grocery store. They're even willing to order anything they can get and have access to from their distributors. And their prices are great... actually lower than Total Wine. It's a shame that Total Wine is willing to lose a regular customer due to laziness and complacency. They think their the best in town. Well, their customer service begs to differ!

  Amazing wine tasting this evening with John, moderating, pouring, and entertaining a large group. 6+ pours, with cheese, fruit, and more. Well worth it, and a lovely evening out.
