He said they were in "Christmas mode" so they wanted to close early. As I'm driving to drop the car off the owner calls and days I'm late from my appointment and we would need to reschedule. I shared that I was literally pulling in to their shop and he says, "We will need to reschedule". I guess my business wasn't important to him.
