  I went to the AT&T store when Apple could not help me with transferring apps from my old phone to a new one (Apple replaced my phone because the battery had swollen-just a $30 charge). Apple said I did not have enough i cloud storage. Quinn Gallo went way above and beyond the "call of duty". She not only transferred all of the apps, but I did not even have to change the background screen from what came on the phone. Thanks Quinn

  I popped into this store today to address a few issues with my phones and had thee best time with this staff. Quinn and Chris were awesome! Quinn worked with me setting up some very helpful resources/apps and Chris was able to immediately correct an input issue from a previous experience at another location along with answering new questions that came up from me. I stayed there for over an hour and we had a great time!! Lots of help, super knowledgeable in every area of this tech arena, and simply engaging and fun! I look forward to going back but only to pop in and say hi and not because I have more issues with all of this tech I find myself immersed in way too often!! :) Thanks guys!!
