  This store needs to learn what exactly Customer Service is because they are awful. I was accused of staining a shirt then attempting to exchange it. If I stained a shirt, I'd wash it. It was obviously there when it was bought it, I just didn't notice until getting back to the hotel. All I wanted to do was get a new one. So I get "We don't know if you stained it". The tag was still on it. I wouldn't keep the tag on if I wore it. Then I get "I'll let you do it this time" (referring to exchanging it). Lady, there won't be another time, trust me. Since situations like this make me anxious, I did not say anything to cause a problem. I just got a new shirt and got the hell out of there! My advice: Get rid of the attitude and make the customer happy. I've worked in retail a long time. This is not how you treat customers. Returns and Exchanges are part of any retail business. If you want to buy a souvenir to remember your fun beach trip, find another place! Just be prepared, they will all be overpriced!
