  My Cavalier was start to finish in an hour and a half, when I received a text message I could pick her up. I loved the owner! Very kind man. I give him 5 stars! However, after inspection I found several mistakes by the groomer; uneven hair, missed spots, cropped ears looked hacked. I fixed with my own hair shears at home. The groomer forgot to fan her tail, which I'm glad because her ears were very uneven and choppy. Invest in great shears for cutting hair by hand with comb and scissors. Great concept, but if "dash" equals rush job with mistakes, I'd reconsider if I didn't have a coupon. We will give them another try simply because I really like the owner and support local businesses. I know he will make sure this is not a reoccurring issue. I'd like to see the grooming area. It is closed off, no windows, so you can't see the environment you are sending your dog into. That was my only concern when leaving my pet for her first grooming. Thanks!

  great job! they were wonderful to my little rescued yorkie. I consider myself to be the fussy of the fussy. I will NOT tolerate the pups being treated as flawed (humans are the flawed ones) and I expect gentle understanding mixed with professional grooming! Outstanding!!
