  As I approached the pump there was a misplaced garbage can right in front of the area to pump gas so I got out of my vehicle and went to move this large garbage can out of my way so that I could pump gas and upon moving the trash can the windshield wiper fluid that is attached at the bottom fell all over my feet and shoes which were actually a nice pair that I will no longer be able to wear and being obviously frustrated at the loss and inconvenience, I asked the worker that I saw next to me why they would have put a trash can right in front of the pump to which he responded that he was working in that area and that maybe I shouldn't have kicked the trash can. I told the man that I did not kick this trash can but I actually was forced to get out of my car and move it out of the way because it was right in the way of the pump!!! To this he responded that I should have chosen another pump!!! There was no open pumps so it had not crossed my mind to search for a different one but instead to simply move the garbage can that was misplaced. He responded that they were working in that area and that I shouldn't have moved the trash can. I responded that I had no way of knowing it was a work zone and that I didnt appreciate being treated so unkindly and unjustly. He ignored me and started taking pictures of me and my vehicle as if I did something WRONG! I literally went to get gas and moved a trash can which shouldn't have even been there and then it fell all over my feet and ruined my shoes! He could have just apologized or tried to understand but instead he immediately accused me of wrongful behavior and then violates my privacy by taking photos of me and my vehicle?! I have never been so disgusted in my life!!! ( apparently this was a construction worker and not a shell associate)
