    We have owned our furniture for 3 years and the couch is already ripping at the seams on one of the cushions. The kid's bedroom furniture is bad too. Some of the drawers don't close anymore because the tracks broke. The drawer knobs have broken off because the threading of the screws to the knobs have worn off. My kids don't beat up their things so this is the worst quality furniture we've ever purchased. We didn't purchase a warranty because we didn't think it would be necessary. We thought we were buying good quality furniture but now we are screwed and can't get it fixed by the company. We used the 60 months same as cash, so when we are able to pay it off, we will have to get new furniture, after owning it for only 5YEARS.

    Horrible experience with this Rooms To Go store! Buyer beware! We worked with their sales representative, David Hanna. He assured us the nightstands and dresser we selected would work with the king size fabric bed we selected and not be too small. We were not able to view the bed and nightstands/dresser together as we substituted a fabric bed to the set. The furniture arrived and the nightstands are very tiny and definitely do not work with a king size bed. We have called the store several times and left messages for the store manager, Will, but he will not take or return our phone calls. Also the delivery people damaged our carpet while bringing additional furniture we purchased into our guest bedroom. We have talked with RTG’s corporate office twice and have been told there is no return policy (we were also not advised of this during our purchase), but we could do a re-selection, but again this has to be handled through the local store.

    We have had several great experiences at this furniture store. Our salesman has been Bruce Wise, and he was very knowledgeable and never pushy. We ask for him by name when we visit the store.
