  My family has lived down the street from this Publix for over 30 years and has religiously shopped there since it was built. We get Publix subs every Wednesday night and we’re quite appalled at the quality of the deli in the past 6 months. Our orders are constantly incorrect, missing items, or just never made at all - not sure how it could be messed up so badly every week when we put in online orders and everything we want is listed there. In addition to the order mishaps, there have been a couple of times where there were ants crawling on the packages when we went to pick them up. For these reasons, we have been forced to get our weekly subs elsewhere. We decided to give the deli another chance for New Years and placed an online order for 2 platters to be picked up on December 31st. The day prior to pick up, we received a call from Rachel, the deli manager asking why we hadn’t picked up our platters yet. We double checked our email to confirm that we weren’t the ones who messed up on the date and informed Rachel that we had scheduled them to be ready the next day. Her response to this was incredibly snotty and unprofessional and it all became apparent in that moment why the deli has taken a major dump.

  I live in St. Pete and am visiting here. Found your store on Fruit villa Rd. to be GREAT. It was cool, clean and tho it was a different layout than my local store ,I found everything I needed (and some things I just had to have). Keep up the good work. Rating of 12 out of 10! Everyone I spoke with was happy and helpful.
