  Today was our second visit to this store on our vacation in Sarasota. My husband and I were really interested in a beautiful vase that was on display. We were told by the gentleman working in the store that he would sell the vase without the arrangement which we were agreeable to as we did not have a need for the large artificial display. However before we committed to the purchase we asked if we could see the vase without the arrangement to fully exam it before spending $895. We were serious buyers and thought our request was reasonable however the female staff (or owner?) adamantly refused to remove the flowers. At first we thought her response was said in jest, however quickly realized she was serious. We were stunned by her rude response and decided to leave the store without further pursuing the purchase. Although we loved the vase very much we were appalled by the lack of customer courtesy demonstrated by who we assumed was the owner. Clearly they do not need or want our business and we will not be back in this store when visiting Sarasota in the future.
