  As a area kitchen and bath designer it makes sense to have a incredible person like Dayna as my go to when clients ask me about furniture for their new space. Always willing to go the extra mile for me and my clients!!!! Thank You Dayna!!!!

  Great/interesting furniture but the absolute worst customer service when you have an issue of any kind. When having a customer service request, store associates (who eagerly sell you the items) quickly pass you to warehouse customer service who never call back or provide inaccurate information. The follow-up burden is typically placed on the customer. I am still waiting on a call back re: a replacement item order I placed that was supposed to be here 3-4 weeks ago (paid for 10 weeks ago). This is the 3rd time I have had this issue so shame on me. We have purchased many items from them over the years so their poor customer service is particularly disappointing. Note: this is the only 1 star review I have ever given, to any company.
