  Very good customer service. Wait times are fair and they're always ready for you at your scheduled appointment time (once waited 3 hours after my appointment time to see an agent at the Apple Store in the same mall). They're knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I asked a staff member what Microsoft would pay for my trade-in, and they told me plainly that I could find a better price for it elsewhere. That employee put my interests first and I will shop there again for that reason. (A note: some negative reviews claim that Microsoft store employees earn commission on their sales. They don't. They're paid hourly and I've never felt pushed or coerced into buying something I didn't need.)

  I'll keep this review short and sweet! Awesome customer service. Spoke to Phillip on the phone in regards to an issue with a Elite controller; he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was told to come in the UTC location; in which, I did. Spoke to Rashard; awesome guy! Felt welcomed. Resolved my technical issue in less than 5 minutes. I will returning to this store for my Microsoft product for now on. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!
