  Usually I love my experience at this store however today was not a good day:( They didn't ask to start a dressing room for me as I wondered around the store with several clothes slung over my arm and when 2 other ladies came in they told them about the wonderful sales they had. They never mentioned the sale to me. There were 3 other ladies in the store shopping at this time, I hung all my items back up ( they never noticed) and left very disappointed. I love the Loft so will be back. Just was not happy with the customer service experience this rime:(
