  Terrible customer service, some of the staff are so rude, you wonder if you are getting charity from them. Managers have changed several times but they seem not to notice the bad apples in the store. You call them to check a certain size they immediately say we don't have it. I go to the store, it is there. The staff are so lazy to bother to check a size. I understand if they are busy, however, they could say let me take your number and get back to me. Some of the staff also wear the merchandise for few hours and put it back on the racks. I had no idea that I am shopping T Lilly 2nd hand store. Terrible. I was in today and one of the staff Clarissa was checking me out, she stopped in the middle of the transaction and started to help staff member who was in the store with her family, however she was not on duty. She started to call other stores to find her size. When I requested Clarissa to finish my transaction, she said she has to help this staff member and then will finish my transaction. I was not happy at all with her attitude specially when she snapped at me. I believe that staff members should be more courteous and wait till the store is not so busy to have their private work done. Please do something about this before you lose more customers Good luck cleaning this mess.

  This was my first time visiting a Lilly Pulitzer store with my mom. The staff members were so courteous and helpful when my mom needed help to find what she was looking for. One of the girls with long dark hair, who mentioned that she had 3 girls of her own, helped us match outfits for my three nieces. It's so nice to be able to come into a store that is focused on the customer and not the money. After going into multiple stores in the mall that day, my mom was so ecstatic to be in store that offers amazing customer service and gives such a unique shopping experience.
