  I find the employees fairly helpful. Some with more knowledge than others. WAY to much effort on "up sell", and not product knowledge. This is a weekend warriors paradise, very few professional quality tools. I use the "club" and coupons for best deals, and always make sure I retain the store receipts for returns, and yes, thee have been several returns. If you know what you're buying, and understand the risks in quality, you can find a few deals worth keeping. I buy tons of cheap clamps, welding supplies, and a few air tools. Instead of being an uneducated shopper, do a little research and you'll make out fine in the end.
