  On the one hand I am utterly amazed at the speed and efficiency in our health care system today. It really makes me suspicious. Just after leaving the doctors office and before I even got back to the car, my husband called to let me know my prescription was ready to pick up at the CVS Pharmacy. So why am I unhappy? Well.... #1 I never requested the "prn" refill (I have enough at home for another six months) #2 I received yet a robo call the next day reminding me to pick up the medication (I had asked them to stop these annoying calls in the past). #3 OK, so I picked up the Rx but when I get it home, it's from a different manufacturer, one who uses parabens, an ingredient I avoid. #4 I called the pharmacist to alert her of e change in the formula.....bottom line you bought it, you keep it. They don't accept returns in Florida, even though it was never taken out of the box. CVS lost a customer today. Walgreens came to the rescue!!
