  What a wonderful experience it was working with Tracy. My husband and I shopped for outdoor furniture for weeks. We pretty much made our decision but I can honestly say we were not overjoyed with our choice. We settled. Then we walked into Carl's Patio. Tracy is a true professional. She is extremely knowledgeable without being overbearing. Carl's merchandising allowed for a great shopping experience and we found the perfect furniture for our lanai. We love, love , love the quality and style. I also want you to know that there customer service is second to none. There was an issue with one chair and it was resolved with out delay Moving into a new house from the north has been challenging. The experience with Tracy at Carl's Patio was simple. Thank you Tracy for a great customer experience! Our furniture is oh so comfortable and looks FANTASTIC!
