  The Car Dealership recommended a new battery while I was in for routine service. since the Dealerships generally have a high markup, I shopped Batteries Plus online and ordered from them right then for about a $100 savings. When I arrived Shawn and the staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. As it ended up the battery I ordered was not the best option for my make and model, but no problem - they showed me the options, made the (very minimal) cost adjustment at the register, install was included at no additional fee and was out the door it seemed within 30 min. No complaints at all with the service there.
