  Rarely does one find a business in the middle of relocating from one building to another and can find time to accomodate a casual customer. Tony took my call and could have easily told me to make an appointment on a later date instead he said " come on over and I will take a look at it". "It"was a cd that I had improperly inserted and was stuck. He and Becky stopped what they were doing and fixed my problem. I'm certain they knew that there wasn't much of a profit in this transaction but they treated me as if I just purchased a new sound system, radar detector and every other great accessory they sell. They refused to charge me!!! Customer service is alive and well in this business. A great local family business.

  Be cautious, be aware! The request for the work I wanted done on my car was simple: no cheap parts. Guess what, I got cheap parts. Parts so cheap they only had a 60 day warranty. 60 days!!! I was not even made aware of the very short warranty. Well, the part failed just outside of 60 days. Now I’m stuck! Tony was very argumentative with me about the situation. Tony even refused to give me the name or number of the company that sold the faulty part. This is the first negative review I've ever given a company. I would never ever take my car back here for anything.
